All driving offences have a conviction/endorsement code, which outlines how many points you will receive on your licence or a disqualification from driving. Penalty points will stay on your driving licence for four years. But all convictions/endorsements, regardless of if you received penalty points or had a disqualification, have to be disclosed for five years.
